the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a buffet on the first day, as mentioned in another review. My spacious room was clean and well-equipped, with a bathroom that had all necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the view of the city and river from the rooftop terrace, which was accessible to all guests.
While the hotel was convenient for my needs, I found the lack of a souvenir service, as mentioned in one of the reviews, to be a downside for tourists who want to purchase souvenirs without going too far.

I recently visited this hotel during my city trip and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! the location was perfect - it was close to various stores and restaurants, which made exploring the city very convenient. the friendly staff made our stay all the more worthwhile. They were always happy to help with anything we needed and it made us feel so welcome. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.
While our overall experience was fantastic, there was one thing we didn't appreciate - there was no souvenir service available at the hotel. Though there were many shops nearby, it would have been great to have that convenience at the hotel as well.
